Planned Parenthood celebrates a victory for women -- birth control with no co-pays! To honor this decision on women's health, Planned Parenthood's Pillamina leads a Bollywood Hindi dance in celebration.

UPDATE: On August 1, 2012, under the Affordable Care Act (ACA), the birth control benefit that will start making birth control available at no cost to women, providing essential preventive care and easing the strain on household budgets, will begin going into effect. For more information, visit: http://bit.ly/ACAFAQs

In August 2011, the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) ruled that birth control is basic preventative health care and should be made available to women in the United States without a co-pay. That ruling was a giant leap forward for women's health.
