I have to agree the Metal Core hands down, the Digitech a close second and i would not give 5 cents for the MXR full bore to me it sounds weak and nasally with nothing on the bottom.

Have to agree the boss pedal sounded best. The others sounded distant and not nearly as full.

Metal core is good because it has more low end but the Fullbore is the best sounding one also the Fullbore can make a shitty amp sound great.

@lmsjr just wondering if a pedal like one of these would burn valves out quicker ???, i've heard all sorts of stuff about sticking a pedal like one of these in front of a valve amp, but id like to know from you, if i got one of these pedals, would it affect my valves in anyway ???
