How do you find the Microverb 3?

I'm looking at one on eBay for a general purpose studio/live thing. I notice you seem to be basically using it just for a "default background" kind of reverb, nothing particular fancy in this video at least.

Can you get a nice rich lush reverb out of it?

What are the other effects on it like?
