  • @ecupirates1999 Great points as the tapcon is not the answer to all applications all the time. Other anchors like the sleeve anchor work well and are a good alternative. Other applications the tapcon may work better, many times it is persoanl preference, and dozens of other factors. Thanks for the feed back.

  • Wanted to hang a flag bracket up for my flag, after messing around with this brand of screw, it would not work, the drill bit was a waste of time so I called my brother, a licensed electrician, he said did you use the blue screws? I'm like yup, he's like they don't work. He recommended the red head brand with the sleeves, boy was he on point. Faster, more secure and you don't need a hammer drill.

  • tapcon brand concrete screws work the best dont buy the offshore generic ones.
