iron gland by alice in chains from the album dirt
iron gland is a short instrumental on the dirt album which has caused a few problems because its name wasnt on the album so when people went to play the c.d the tracks from hate to feel downwards were all incorrectly numbered.
iron gland was finally given its name with the release of alice in chains: music vault.

this song was developed out of a riff Cantrell would play that annoyed the other band members, so he created this song out of it and promised never to play the riff again.
