Cash outlet @ Colruyt

I think this is what makes Colruyt so emotionnaly bounding. At the cash outlet you get the feeling that you're being taken care of. They fill your basket, they bring you to the cash machine, give you the bill ( very cheap) and a smile.
The shop is boring, cold, ugly. The experience is just great compared to other shop where you're being asked to do it yourself or where 60% of the outlets are closed.
