Enseñando el short spine: Este es el short spine un ejercicio de pilates reformer, en el que se trabaja la flexibilidad de la espalda y la columna vertebral y las piernas, especialmente la parte posterior. Se deben mantener contraidos lo abdominales todo el tiempo, respirar en 4 momentos, el primero se inhala elevando las piernas hasta la mitad, el segundo se exhala elavando completamente, el 3 se inhala bajando hasta la mitad y el 4 se exhala bajando y extendiendo las piernas.
