1) There was no exploitation here. None. Crazy lady is angry her idiot son voted for Obama.
2) The retarded DO have the right to vote, and it would be illegal for the homes to prevent them from voting.
If you want to fix this, you'd need to establish some sort of voter's test which would be applied to EVERYONE. While I'm all for that, so long as we do not have one, you WILL have people with Down's voting.
