A good idea to keep checking the liquid when cooking otherwise will burn like hell like mine did. Still tasted nice but sauce was a disaster, burnt and stuck to the bottom.

You used dried mushrooms~~but would fresh or canned in the water work?

I made it so fucking good :O Its like eating into a angel made out of t bone steak and covered in famous dave's sauce and diped into Chef John's Blood xD
