SWITZERLAND!! voting at the IWC on the faith of the whales - they are a completely land locked country. I'd imagine their marine biologists and oceanic scientific advisers are thin on the ground. Its a real indication of the whole thing being turned into a political football and I'm sure many trade aggreements are built on the back of pro-whaling votes -
