a Great Video to watch to relax. and lower your blood pressure. some say they experance a slit buzz by watchng this video. some say it makes them sleepy. and some say it gives them energy.
I made this in 1989 when i was 19 years old using only a old tv set. a old video camera, and a mirror, i kept these on VHS for a long time and 5 years back i made them digital.
