Les Paul w/ PRS 8's on both neck and bridge on first parts, then a Strat w/ a Duncan '78 in the bridge, straight into Bray "45" amp head (no pedals). KT66 output tubes installed. Small amount of verb added to right side only. Mic'd w/ SM-57 right by the speaker, a mid-seventies Celestion Greenback in a 4-12 cab. Enjoy!

  • These amps smoke vintage and modern marshalls and totally destroy everything else!! I love my bray amp, I could never go back. Is this the basic mod 1 on the overdriven section or is it a higher gain mod II or something else??

  • @joepete77 Hi! This is a Mod 1...take care! dave

  • @DavidBrayAmps I own vintage plexis, mesas, fenders,..soldano......this bray amp sounds PRIMO..saw one on stage in Austin ..mindblowing tone ,,and "bark"...I cant wait to buy one..

  • @les99paul I love hearing that, thank you!!

  • I really like the mod 1 can u mod a bugera 6260 or a peavey 5150

  • I'm afraid that those designs are a much different architectural for a Mod I.

  • @malmsteen80 These are Sino LT66.

  • @DavidBrayAmps This sound clip has EL34s? The description says KT66s?

  • These are way better than any Marshall current and past!!!

  • @gokuangus I totally agree his amps are the best tones I have ever heard and the guitars volume control cleans up the amp so well I would swear the amp is a two channel amp.

  • awesome amp !!! Do you do any mods for the vintage modern 2466 ? Do you recommend any tubes for this amp to enhance a more versatile tone ? Any help and info would be greatly appreciated.
