How do you keep going? What inspires you? I'm young and chubby, and people always judge me and tease and make fun of me, everytime I start losing weight something dismotivates me and I stop and eat... And what's wired is I can eat a small bit of chocolate and I'll gain like no tomorrow, even if I work out really hard and eat really healthy, what do you recommend? Keep going! You PURDY! You said "the only thing that fiber does is slow up digestion". Fiber also lowers your cholesterol...very important!
