Closing Prayers (Part 1)

On August 12th, 2009 the Bahá'í communities of the greater Bay Area held an event entitled "An Evening in Support of the Baha'is of Iran" at the historic Herbst Theater in San Francisco to raise awareness of and generate publicity on the heavy persecution of the Baha'i community in Iran. Over 1000 attendees, including local dignitaries, government officials, members of the press and Bay Area Bahá'ís and their guests, gathered to support the cause of justice for the community of Iranian Baha'is enduring persistent persecution.
