so much has been going on and I just went for a general summary of how things are going, plus I added in some pictures of me/my friends and my new tattoo! I'll post a more in-depth update in a few days when I have time!
Weaveamyweave08 is both right and wrong. Those records are not yours. They are the property of the hospital. *However*, since they are /about/ *you*, you can gain access to them as well as a copy. So, if they don't allow you to appeal, you could submit a story about how you obtained the proof that you did nothing wrong, attaching the documents to it as your essay ;p
Have you attempted to go to the hospital to gain your records from that evening? You CAN get them as they ARE yours...PLUS...it will state 100% that you were under the influence of that drug. Then you can go back to the school and ask for a re-evaluation.
I hope you feel better soon. Your mom sounds a lot like my mom--it's kind of scary actually. When I still lived at home she was always hassling me about why I wasn't done with therapy yet. I just don't tell her anything anymore. I have been in the hospital several times and I have permanent heart problems. She knows nothing about it. She lives in CA & I live OH, so that helps.
sounds like my story :( I hope everything goes well!!! :) Be strong! Recovery is possible! :)
