Mini Altoids Survival Kit

just some key items. Im not stuffing bandaids into a mini tin i refuse... easier to carry than original tin.
if its not in the tin its in my pack or pocket.

Hey Osms13 agin I was wondering if you could buy flint and steel at a herbphilisons or some thing. where did you get yours?

well thats a good q ive had this for about a year now and it really lasts i never heard of herphilsons but its just flint its all the same i would sheck online for flint and steel or just the flint thats all you need because i use the back of my knife to strike the flint most of the time

there have been people posting vids of making charcloth on youtube i will post one once my camera gets back from repair in a couple days but basically put a cut up cotton t-shirt in a little altoids tin or something with only a little hole in it then heat it on a stove until it stops smoking ill make a vid for you

this kit is not lacking at all on fire methods. its good for ensuring fire. it also has some good fishing equipment.

oh and i wouldent add the water purification the tin foil dose just that. fashion it into a pot put water in and boil it.

but it is still nice to have the water purification should the tin foil be made unusable.
