Quick question, I'm an endomorph (used to work out at the gym religiously but after years of not working out I've fallen off track) if I intake 100-150 carbs a day, intaking 200g's would increase fat burning as well or does it not matter.
I usually lift for 40-50 minutes and do cardio for 15-20 minutes after. Thanks for any advice.

how exactly do you know what you are? im not really sure what i am. im 5'11, 190 pounds. i play football as an offensive lineman so im kinda big. ive always been slightly overweight, but a lot of the weight has been muscle, so im not sure what exactly i am. ive always had very strong legs with a sh*t load (excuse my language) of muscle covered by a little fat. ive never really been too sensitive to carbs but i grew up eating a lot of carbs so i wouldnt really know the difference. what can i be?
