looks almost exactly like WGRZ Buffalo's. are all Gannett's stations like this, or at least their NBC ones?

He was made a morning anchor last November. He always jokes on air saying he's "not into that weather thing that much anymore."

If you look really quick at 1:00 you can see the old title card on the middle weather monitor from when they originally went to HD.
