People are really rude here, too! I don't know how many times I had to jump away from a barrelling vehicle while I was walking in a pedestrian walkway in front of Walmart or wherever. Not at all like my homestate!
Around here they wait if you are almost out. No one will wait for you to back out if you are pulling out infront of them, They figure you should wait since they are already in motion.
Nancy have you ever thought about using velcro to hold your camera in place? You could put a strip of velcro on the bottom of your camera and then the other strip of velcro on your dash. No more slip and slides of the camera :)
Once I asked for a foot-long hot dog in a Dairy Queen in Canada. LOL! Metric system... yeah, he was completely confused!

Go the way you're going, until you get to the red light, turn in and turn around...that's the only way I can do it there.
