even with a 5.4 the mustang still fails, Not a surprise though, Give it up ford fans, Unless you have a mustang 5.0 with some nitrous and h/c/i setup or a 2011 mustang...or 03/04 cobra, you fail...

@testy462 I haven't seen anything about changing internals. If the mods that are listed is it on a lightning motor than that is the CR he would have. I would hope that he was with it enough to at least put in rods and pistons with a smaller dish.

@NomadGT why would he have a 8.4:1 CR? Sure as heck isn't stock and you wouldn't set it up for that with a nitrous car like this one.

@Texarmageddon yo i understand where your coming from but remember its about how much air nd fuel you put in the chambers of each cylinder along with compression, i run ported pi heads for street 4.6s nd 5.4s, look at a few 4.6l 2v articles in mustang mags look under 2v 4.6l with ported pi heads nd pi intake there making up to 410/390 at crank N/A nothing else, now put a stroker in it, yeah i see 298s rape 350s 351s 302s alot. thats nice power. just bolt ons 5.4s will hit 480 easily

@Texarmageddon actually you can put 394/410 to ground with a 5.4l 2v i have one in my 02 stang, all motor no baby bottle or squeeze. its all in how the engine is built. of course a 3v would rape 2vs with similar work done, as far as walking on f-bodies go well i walk on vettes nd 2011 5.0s. but id rather have a 5.4l 4v fuck 3vs nd 2vs oh btw thats with 10.4:1 compression 93 pump gas

I don't understand why he would do a 5.4 low comp. motor out of a lightning and take the blower off unless he's planning on throwin a turbo at it. The 4.6 in this car with h/c/i would make 335 hp easy. And the bottom end in the lightning motor is weak. If you're going to swap a 5.4 grab a nav. 4v n have some fun!
mustang has a 5.4 lightning motor in it, not supercharged, has heads cams and intake, gears exhuast, tko tranny and a few other mods with a 150 shot, not spraying this run, the trans am is a auto with 3500 stall and lid, went 12.7 with just those mods

its a motor from a ford f150 lightning, but with the blower removed, heads and cams, made 335 rwhp all motor. it had a bottle it sprayed after and walked hard, but didnt get the vid
