This video was a school project, for a novel entitled "Farmer in the Sky" by Robert Heinlein.

The 1961 Report of the Register of Copyrights on the General Revision of the U.S. Copyright Law cites examples of activities that courts have regarded as fair use: "quotation of excerpts in a review or criticism for purposes of illustration or comment; quotation of short passages in a scholarly or technical work..." (so on and so forth)
-I am able to use the name of the title of the book without infringing, because it was used for educational purposes and, in escence, a "parody" of the novel.
-I am also able to use the music due to the potrayal of the theme of the novel. It helps convey the idea to the audience of the hardships they'd have to go through.
