great job, Ive been framing for 30 years and you do things the way you can, every job is different, people can see you have friends helping so you make things light fast and safe cause they help when they can, one guy with bags so if he's not the owner hes the carpenter friend,lol, been there , good to have friends,right??especialy ones that will get of couch to help you. enjoy your garage!!

there is a double top plate. you can't see it very well due to the video quality. look around minute 8 at full screen. should be able to see the double top.

Concrete, rebar, and block were ~$3200 including labor. 24x24 foot slab.

nice clean job.. I mighta sheeted and put the facia on the gables before i stood them up, but thumbs up..

I built a 2' overhang on the gables so couldn't put up the facia early. the sheeting had to tie the wall and gable together so couldn't do that well ahead of time i don't think.
