F-Zero was the 1st SNES game to use "Mode 7", then it was a 3D shooter called HyperZone which was released the same year as F-Zero which also used it....
Mario Kart was the 3rd game to use Mode 7

Yes it is! Everyone I know (in Britain) says Mario with the 'a' pronounced as in 'apple,' NOT as in 'car.' Even if that's not how it's pronounced in Italian, that's how the games are called here and how Miyamoto pronounces Mario. And more or less how its pronounced in the games for that matter. If ambiguously so.
And if the creator of this video is reading this, it's DKJR not DK, which is understandable given that DK was never a playable character in a game until 1994 and DKC.
