A Proven and Enriched Program
In 1996, Dr Lam with a team of medical and Tai Chi experts created this safe and easy to learn program. Medical studies confirm Tai Chi for Arthritis relieves pain, reduces falls and improves quality of life. That is why the Arthritis Foundation promotes the program along with other approved programs and services it offers for people with arthritis.
Combining over a decade of teaching and research experience, this edition revises the warm up exercise and presents new movement sequences in an innovative teaching format. Dr Lam also explains classical Tai Chi principles to enhance your understanding and enjoyment.

  • the power of tai chi ...

  • This is a wonderful program. No matter how badly you are hurting, you can do some of the exercises and, as you get stronger, you can do more. It is hugely beneficial to balance, which makes it critical for older adults. I cannot recommend it enough for everyone.

  • This looks wonderful. Ill be spending time looking at your videos. I love tai chi and qi gong. Thank you

  • Dr. Lam has various videos available. His tai chi for arthritis is great!!!

  • i like this! this is good for beginners. its really slow, and will be good for me to learn as a nurse. i can teach many people these simple steps! thanks!

  • Alah mak! read more see more and ask those who have learnt taichi from a well known master in China, they will advise you ......lots of qestions???????don't be a fool!

  • they are all salesmen from performersetc., , researchers, supporters, etc., selling their Vcds.Don't be a fool !

  • try USA market...all your videos will be therown out by the aggressive and reknown Wudang and Shaolin masters there.

  • If all thinks its perfect in all these Cds and DVDs, try selling these in any cities in China and see what kind of response , in sell, in criticisms from teachers, masters etc., i beg u won't dare to enter the Chinese market with all your items. It ecratinly will be thrown out, You can only breeze through the Aussie market well.they have learn much about China traditional taichi and kung fu.So it is much easy to sell anything in this market.Wudang kungfu and taichi and martail arts have enter ..

  • style and mastered the style well before going for another style.Doing taichi with very short duration of just less than 8 movements does;nt help in generating enough Chi flow in your body! Thus, too much variations and modifications is absolutely waste of time and energy if one will to follow. Why is he only concentrating his selling of his Cds & DVDs only in countries in Australia, Canada.Try China, Hongkong,&Taiwan and see what happen?OK plse don't watse too much of my time on this !
