Not sponsored. Haven't bothered with it. Haha I only recently started sidehopping about 30-31 inches consistently I'm trying to get my rolling hop up from 28 inches now to match my sidehop... so far not much luck.

I thought about saving the footage for another video but I think I'll just add more to this later and change the audio etc. I was just way too proud of my picnic table hops haha

u shood b proud those were INSANE!... i wish i cood sif hop that hi... im stuck at about 25 inches its startin to piss me off!

work on your si until it gets higher than your SIF is now (I have a 26" si hop haha) then practice SIF squats, try to touch your butt to your back ankle and stand back up as many times as you can without hops. That will help you with your form and get you comfortable tucking on jumps. Watch a lot of videos of people doing big SIF hops and go out and try what they do. I went from 25" to 28-31" in about 3 months that way(28" without a prehop... 31" with a prehop)

ok will do... im going to the mountains next weekend nd im gunna get some filin done so ill practice those drills nd u can c my improvment and hopefully giv me any suggestions cuz im sure ill b doin something rong lol.... thanx for the help!
