It is a matter of luck to pull this off.
I was actually expecting death as soon as I landed, for it was like the 6th time attempting that stunt.
There are sometimes in which you land normally, but Niko falls of the bike and dies because of the slam.
Again, a matter of luck.

Actually only 3 were used.
The health and armor are given with the GTA cheat.
The "Annihilator" cheat for the helicopter.
And the bike cheat.
