Fairytale MEP

Yayayay, I'm so glad to upload this!! :DD I did this all the way back in the end of January~

So here is my part for Cony's SUPER AWESOME "Once Upon A Time" MEP mix..WATCH IT!!

The idea behind this MEP was that we all pick a fairytale and try to match a manga to it to the best of our abilities :)

My chosen fairytale was Thumbelina - hopefully you got that? x3 I tried to make Haruhi/Thumbelina look really small in comparison to everyone else, except her fairy prince Tamaki :3

Each of the different sections of the MEP part followed "trusty" Wikipedia's description of Thumbelina:
- "Once planted, a tiny girl, Thumbelina (Tommelise), emerges from its flower."
- "With the help of friendly fish and a butterfly, Thumbelina escapes the toad and her son, and drifts on a lily pad" (I didn't put in the fish and butterfly though xD)
- "Thumbelina tries to protect herself from the elements, but when winter comes, she is in desperate straits" (like I said to Cony..yeah, sorry, she doesn't look like she's in desperate straits xDD but the picture of Thumbelina/Haruhi is so cute!! x3
- "In a sunny field of flowers, Thumbelina meets a tiny flower-fairy prince just her size and to her liking, and they wed. She receives a pair of wings to accompany her husband on his travels from flower to flower"

Hope you guys like it :) I had a good time trying to be as creative as possible! ;D My only regret is that I couldn't colour the manga pictures..the black and white-ness kinda stands out T^T I'm hoping to get into colouring manga pages sometime soon..maybe!
