If you are a US citizen, you have the most freedom in the world. This privilege is given to you by our Constitution and protected by the US military. As long as you are not plotting against the USA, you should not be worried about giving suspected terrorists Miranda rights. The NDAA provides a tool to prevent future 9/11s and gives us a one-up on these extremists. By not having this provision, you are in fact allowing potential enemies of the USA to use our own freedoms against us. Go Lindsey!

This is a big mistake and anyone that would support this is in my opinion is not a true American. They are saying this is for "war time", but guess what... we no longer declare war legally. This will apply to the War on Drugs, every police action and whatever other twisted little 'WAR' they want to make up. Who really trusts these idiots with this kind of power?
