  • where did you get your dog? i am interested in getting one. she is so cute! is she a mini or standard?

  • @13taylorlvr She is from Old Mill Doodles in Virginia and she is a Standard but a small standard... 48 pounds.

  • very well trained dog! how do you train a dog to 'speak' ??

  • @ciaranx02 When she was young I used the "capture" method. When I tapped on a giant ball the noise kinda freaked her out and she would bark. I decided to tell her "speak" each time she would bark at it and give her a treat. It probably took 15-20 times and she had it.

  • awesome!!! I have a 7 week old goldendoodle, and I don't know when to start training her. I'm trying now but just got her 2 days ago.

  • @xpertpainting88 Start right away. They are super smart and will pick it up quickly.

  • A good first thing to teach is come :) that way you can get your puppy to you when you need her. Personally I wouldn't swamp her with information straight away, moving in to a new home is a big thing and she has is already learning so much about her environment and new family. But yeah they are smart dogs. I notice mine really loves different sounds, she like it when I whistle :)

  • She is adorable :) it's funny how each goldendoodle looks very different, unlike other breeds. They are all unique :D

  • Awww I wuv poodle mixes, so smart, sometimes too smart

  • @oisin2000 NO she just is very fluffy. I have a 6 mouth golden doodle and when she was 3 months old she looked like that! Then she got a hair cut and no is small I can post a video of her doing tricks she is way smarter and listens better. She knows paw sit stay lye down roll over strech bow fetch come lye down on bed speak stand dance and spin!!!!
  • @nixed67 i have a goldendoodle and a poodle and my poodle can speak. idk how he learned it but all we do is have a treat and say speak and he does it. and my golden doodle is like that to. when you say sit or down he shakes hands.

  • @aeiou99999 I am unsure to what you a referring to , unless you somehow confused me with whoever uploaded this video .

  • @ciaranx02 Turn off the TV. Very unfair to the pup.

  • @nixed67 thank you very much! I'm getting a guide dog puppy in a few days and I'm eager to start training him straight away. I'm amazed how quickly your dog learned her tricks , it's both impressive and adorable !
