Well, the cell-shading of WW will always be a topic of debate and I am against cel-shading in console Zelda games, too. But in this case, I think that the characters, especially the faces of Ganondorf and Link look very ugly. And of course the movements are well animated but that does not mean that this could ever be in a current game.

No. Zelda isn't excluded. It looks better in the tech demo.

@kollegahsterin Because it's a tech demo. The engine isn't rendering an entire world or running AI or caching anything. A tech demo shows what the hardware can do when focused on one thing. When making a game, it's always a give-take fight with the resources.

@TheOriginalHigh TP binds you to the plot way too much... The game is painfully linear, and the overworld is "barren" (all it has is randomly generated enemies, and poe souls/golden bugs) The field is only there as a hub world and a timewaster, you can't go where you want to, you can only go where the plot wants you to... Free exploration (that is rewarding instead of timewasting) is one of the things that makes zelda awesome... Play ALttP or WW again, you'll see what i mean...

@Terryracoon what signature gameplay was TP missing? Its the same gameplay we have experienced since OOT even since the original LOZ. Did we go through dungeons? Yes. Did we have to do a routine pre dungeon area/task? Yes! Did we have to collect shit? Yes! Did we have to save the princess? YES! I can go on and on on similarities but like every other Zelda game TP had its twist on the formula. I think people just like to hate for the sake of hating...

why do tech demos always look 10x better than the actual game (Zelda excluded in this case) -_-

@Terryracoon Twilight Princess wasn't a bad game, it just had weaknesses.
