btw the notion of Progress that will save our socciety, our basic needs etec. just failed 2 times: 2nd wave of Industrial revolutions: 1st and 2nd War. and the Atomic bomb.
As the history asks us: Who is gonna be the neutral one who works for humanity? From the 20, 21.cent: There is no neutral agent. It is still the problem of technocratic contra organic civilization as was in 19 cent in Europe.

I think its good to be interested, but tell me how you guys gonna aplicate these so called "upgrades" (we still don't know - suposingly every technical cure as far as we know makes weakness for something different).
So I challange you to tell me how would you aplicate these technologies into socciety-- global capitalism with a lot of "hungry" countries.

There will be always more and more people joining the transhumanist movement, especially after the first real life applications come out on the market in the next 10-15 years, it will become a mainstream movement and world will have to deal with it.
And I agree with the title of this video: transhumanism is the choice to win. Loosers accept things, winners fight hard to make their dreams come true!
