Homosexual sex doesn't create children but gay people are born being the way they are. Investigations using cadaver brains reveal that the portions of the brain that control sex are similar to the portion of the brain in women in the case of male homosexuality. Gay men are often born in familys where there are several male siblings already. One theory is that the mothers immune system attacks the male hormone. In the case of gay women they are usually the first born girls in a family.

for a gene to be regarded as faulty, the person in question must have an impaired capacity either physically or mentally. and if you want to say that they are impaired mentally just because they are gay is not correct because their homosexuality neither impair their ability to think / understand / communicate or expose them to harmful situation they are not aware of.
