Actually because Tebow was outside the pocket it was not illegal contact and in that scenario the refs were going to let the player play and not call anything. But anyway GO BRONCOS!

This looks exactly the same as the PI called on the browns in the Browns-Lions game a couple years ago... Bullshit lack of call, the penalty was obvious.

How in the world can you definitively say that the ball wasn't in the air when Willis was shoved? You can't because this replay doesn't have an angle that shows both Tebow and Willis at the same time. Judging by the timing, it looks darn close, could've gone either way.
