The root cause of elbow tendonitis (i.e. tennis elbow, golfers elbow) is a muscle imbalance in your forearms. The forearm flexors muscles are often over worked compared to the forearm extensors muscles.

  • Are you from East Coast Canada!? :)

  • @Comedyanatomy

    Yes, I'm from Newfoundland.

  • This is the most under-rated video. This video has helped me SOOOO much! I can finally do skull crushers again :D

  • @TheGIMP2k

That's awesome, glad you found the exercise helpful.

  • hey lee, i recently received your "blast your bench" program and was wondering if it was really safe to bench 5 days a week?

  • @Xslayking124X

This is all covered in the actual program manual itself. The way the program is designed is you'll purposely cut back on your training volume for other exercises and body parts to focus on the bench press specialization workout routine. Again, just re-read the manual, everything you need to do is outlined in detail.

  • @leemhayward ok thanks soo much. today i benched more than ive ever done before in a workout and this is only the third day on the program! thanks so much.

Weight is weight, so you can try using water as well. Just try not to get any around the lid as it will make it slippery, where as sand is totally dry and will not hinder your grip.

  • @TrippleLee

Yeah, I've got a video called "Pre and Post Workout Nutrition For Bodybuilding" if you search for that title it should be the first one in the search.

  • Dear Lee,

I've been watching your videos a bunch over the past few weeks. I have a question and an exercise to share. If no one has mentioned a good way to work these muscles is also to use rubber bands wrapped around the fingers. That way you get repetition like you do for the other forearm muscles

My question is: Regarding PWO supplements, I know most say to cycle off to avoid stimulant saturation in the body. Do you have any tips for what to take/do PWO to keep motivated. aside from stims?
