This is a video of my recently completed laser housed within a dorcy metal gear flashlight. It contains a 200mW sony laser diode and a 47 uF capacitor. This video also includes a quick demonstration of the power this laser puts out. Ou se preferires o "150 mw blu-ray laser". Eu comprei-o à uns meses mas o cabrao queimou-se xD. Mas fazia tudo o que eu tava à espera..

another great way to stop voltage spikes is to get a bi-lead, or bicolor led. its two leds that one is +- and the other is -+, i kept burning out my laser for my laser communicator. i look up the schematics and it had one, so im guess a bi color led will work just fine for this too.

Ah ok. Um yeah you could probably use that. If you search for laserpointforums they have a lot of good driver circuits.

For some reason I can't post anything... StoneTek for the diodes and ebay for the 650nm 5mW laser module.3.2V 12x30mm kip kay project
