Dominick- I also agree great video! I must disagree with you though, Zillow is not a good starting place. There is no need for Zillow to be publishing information if they don't know if it's right or wrong, it's sort of like playing Russian Roulette with homes and their value. What I mean, getting a couple homes right is cool, but what about the one that gets the bullet. Think about about all the people that "play/use a zestimate"? I think many American families have been hurt by a Zestimate !

Sara from Zillow here -- Just wanted to say great video! Zillow is fun to get a general idea, or a starting point, BUT, we highly recommend working with a professional when the time comes to get serious about making a major real estate decision.
You might find it interesting to know that when we look at comparibles, we don't factor foreclosures into the calculation.
