My apologies , Mr. Cayce can be rather rude when it comes to situations in which he feels a person is exhibiting a lack of internal fortitude. Good luck on your search ... @metahelix I couldn't do self hypnosis until I saw a hypnotherapist. I also can't get anywhere with PLR, so I'm going to have some sessions with my hypno woman, in order to set me off. She had some amazing stories about her husband undergoing PLR, & the 2nd world war. It was incredible what she told me. It sounded true, as well. Good luck.

I do not know. I have tried this for a 2 or 3 months on my own using just some videos on youtube. I got some results. My dreams were very deep, i was aware and i was very relaxed in everything i deed! I was not envolved in fights anymore. It was really lifechanging!! But i did not got the records
