Hang on, here's one theory of how this happened: He could have added a comment on an embedded video or after watching this on his iPhone/Pod Touch.
...Wait, those venues show the titles, and actually, the Phone also includes descriptions. Well, I'm out. comedy, you could glove-slap me if you want... ^_^;
