On Uk blue lable Pye 45 from 1970 comes probably the best version of the old classic you'll ever hear. Mother of Whitney and sister of Dionne Warwick, I think ? No doubt someone will correct me. This has never got the plays it deserved. Sort but oh so soulfully sweet.

When she starts, she sounds like Whitney. If someone had written songs like they did for WHITNEY, she'd have been the bodyguard girl in the 60's. God bless her with peace coz, she's lost her hubby and baby girl. Must be tough. Love you Cece, you're an inspiration.
