A relatively simple video short for my ASL II class here at Emerson College, where each member of our group had to showcasing their signing abilities by singing at least 10 questions each during a fictional scenario. We made our video simple enough, revolving around making plans for dinner.

If something seems a little off, its because not all four of us were ever in the room at the same time, and I had to make it work in editing.

For the hearing people wondering, this is no sound with this video.

  • Do u still remember most signs? (I took spanish in HS, forgot almost all of it even tho i was pretty fluent) Im minoring in ASL now, pretty decent, hope i dont forget...

  • OMG! SIGN LANGUAGE! EEEK! <3! Because I'm hard-of-hearin'~ I can talk and sign at same time. But mostly, I sign more than talkin'. xD;

  • I know this is a project but thanks for putting it up. I know a lot of words because my girlfriend is taking the class and she teaches me from the book everyday so that I can attend a silent dinner with her. Anyway this is really helping me with how reading other peoples signs instead of just me signing things to others.

    Thanks a lot.

  • You guys are lucky we had to do this in ASL 1 and it had to be done in front of the professor. My partner really sucked and kept reading from the script... at one time (we did one about buying a car) she asked me what color my pants were instead of the car...
