While wathing the news I heard an American soldier in Iraq tell an Iraqi "Democracy means that if I want to change my cell phone provider, I can". That's the level the US has sunk to.

@theFEMAcampESCAPEE "the atomic bomb essentially ended the war?" Not really. The Germans had already surrendered and the Japanese were going to surrender - they had already sent the message of surrender but were bombed anyway. The bombings were nothing more than a show of strength by the US.
