  • good video man

  • I workout at night, then after my workout I immediately drink my protein then go to bed. Is this a good strategy?

  • is he natrual

  • Great video Darin!

  • ok, so..... what do i eat before working out?

  • This guy know what he's talking about

  • If you are actually lifting with intensity you should have something sugary to replace you're glycogen levels since they are depleted after intense lifting.

  • @rafael1877

    errrr...

he did explain that actualy... anyway..

Thanks Darin steen for this one!

Internet is truly a blessing =)

  • Include starchy carbs in a few (2-3) of your meals on days that you lift. Eat a starchy carb (brown rice, yam, banana, whole wheat bread) and an easily digestible protein (such as why protein) within 1/2 hour of your resistance training workout.

  • but my workout ends around 10pm , at night , so I do eat a chicken breast after my weight lifting.
