  • @SuperFit03 Hi, too much of anything should be cautioned. The recommended usage is 30 seconds or 20 passes. If you do find a trigger point, roll over it again for 20 smaller passes and another 30 seconds. I hope that answers your question.

  • If you use the trigger wheel too often can it give you carpal tunnel?
