@danning1 Good point, and yes - Less Than Zero had some genuinely scary drug abuse scenes. Not My Kid, unfortunately, was a horribly acted propaganda piece for Straight Inc.

@ohbutmeow You'd be surprised. Yes, this is a stupid movie but if you're really hooked on drugs you'll take greater risks. It's really too bad they didn't make a better movie because it is worthy subject matter. The parts of the 1987 movie "Less Than Zero" (with Robert Downey, Jr.) that deal with drug addiction are much better acted, and more realistic, than in this tripe.
