I saw this game on the bargain shelf for $4.99 today over at Game Crazy, I never heard or played it before so I took a risk and bought it. Surprisingly it's actually quite fun ^^
I now know of the Sega CD version so I might be checking that one out too.

Weird....I LOVE the chatter! It adds to the space dogfight. Its really well made vertical polygon shooter.

Hehe, amazingly, this was one of the first PS2 games that came in the US, released in May of 2001. One of the best early games ever for a system.

Sterling example of how graphics don't make a better game. Got this for the PS2 and was very bored, whereas the Sega CD version is one of my favorite 16-bit games (and shooters) of all time

One of the reasons I love shmups so much is the intensity and size of the fight.A good Shmup never disappoints in there enemy types.The boss at the beginning are always huge and makes you drool in anticipation on how big the final boss is going to be.

Shit on Challenge alone this game gets a 10. This is by far one of the hardest console shmups in existence.

This game is fun but it gets pretty hard later. The third boss really kicked my ass.

Yeah without cheating, the farthest I ever got was the 4th stage but couldn't beat it. It took me tons of tries to beat the 3rd stage though. I think that's why used versions of this game are everywhere. People got pissed off, said "fuck this" and sold the game haha.
