  • Just excersize and hour a day and eat right. Like fruits oatmeal wheat bread. Keep junk foods to a minimal and better yet none. And in 4 months u lose fast

  • i eat 3 meals a day and up to 6 snacks of protein.(allowing 1 hour between snacks) I only have fibre (bread or cereal) or fruit ) for breakfast. I was told that you should never eat carbs without protein. Does this sound correct? It seems to be working great. Have lost 5 kilo's in 2 weeks. My downfall was not eating enough.

    At the moment I am doing only half hour on treadmill in morning. I go on treadmill first thing and then eat breakfast. Should I eat before or after? Your videos are gr8.
