Nine days before the Daytona 500, NASCAR President Bill France Jr. fires up the all-new lighting system installed during the offseason at Daytona Int'l Speedway. Dale Earnhardt runs 20 laps under the lights and discusses it afterward.
@Ruddfan1997 Well, yes and no. Yes that wildfires had something to do with it, but Daytona served as a ground for all the firetrucks to converge. Perhaps we should have had a 400 mile race with firetrucks!
I'm proud to say I was there to watch it!!!!
