@tanker167 Not sure if your in the DEP yet, but this is how my RSS does it. They have you sign as open contract because usually the job you want is full. While you're in, they find the job field that you want. You gotta keep calling your recruiter and asking if a spot opened up. Keep reminding him until you get it. I finally got an infantry spot and leave on May 28th. If you keep bothering your recruiters there's a good chance an infantry contract will open up for you. I'm a poolee btw.
