Early 90s HK movie directed by Ridley Tsui and starring him and Max Mok. A couple of great stunts, then a final fight which is a clear case of plagiarism.
I think it's hard to say who copies who. Have you ever seen the opening scene in Ong Bak? They copied exactly the same as Jackie Chan's old film "Dragon Lord". And the style of Tony Jaa fought was like old time's Jackie Chan, Sammo Hung & Yuen Biao.
shit ure right this is like a much shitter version to heart of the dragon. Where Jackie and Dick fight. That was a wicked stunt by Ridley though when he falls on and off the ambulance.
ridley tsui is a great screen fighter. why would he do this shittiness? an awful copy of heart of dragon.

I just read your description. As the fight started I was like, god damn this is slow... and it looks like Heart of Dragon.

That is just horrible. The ENTIRE end fight between Jackie Chan, Dick Wei and James Tien, copied move for move and shot for shot, BADLY.
