Wow... I'm pretty sure that I charged my rental EV1 at the exact same spot on the Santa Monica Pier! BTW... how high that car jumped when it hit the stop-block shows you just how light that car was.

Strange, I thought Bob Lutz ordered the EV1s destroyed. I seriously doubt The President of the United States had any direct involvement. That being said, I really, really wanted to have one, and can't believe GM was so grotesquely stupid!
